Please Note: Once a service has been completed, it is non-refundable.
Specific technician or nail artist requests ?Unfortunately, specific technician or nail artist requests aren’t guaranteed. For details and potential added costs for a preferred technician, please reach out to the salon.
Warranty -We want you to love your nails! If you experience any issues with products after your appointment, you’re welcome to come back for a complimentary fix within: 7 days for gel polish, 10 days for dipping powder, 10 days for artificial nails. Just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to schedule your touch-up.
Running late ? If you need to adjust your appointment, please give us a call, and we’ll certainly try to accommodate you. Please note that we’re only able to hold appointments for 10 minutes after their scheduled start time.
Regular/Lacquer Polish ? – We don’t offer color regular lacquer polish. You may bring your own, but we are not responsible for its performance. Regular polish is not used on artificial nails or with powder services.
Ingrown Nails ? We’re unable to treat/cut ingrown nails here. For this, you’ll need to consult a doctor or a specialist.
For Artificial nails, how long should i wait/go back for fill-in ? Depend on situation; However, the best results and to keep your natural nails healthy, we recommend coming back for a fill-in within 3.5 weeks. If it’s been longer than that, a new full set will be necessary to ensure the best outcome.
For Artificial nails(Fake Nails ), How ofter should we take take them off or replace ? Recommended Replacement: Every 3 to 4 months. Frequent ‘fills’ are great, but a full set replacement at this interval helps prevent lifting and protects your natural nail health
What kind of music you listen to at the salon ? We play a variety of music to create a lively and diverse atmosphere. This includes a mix of genres, and occasionally, songs with explicit lyrics
